Mr. Tom's certified sugar-free gin is made with a variety of forest spices. Juniper and wildflowers surround the nose, with a very dry flavor. Although it starts with a very mild touch of flavor, the effect is unleashed when it completely covers the mouth with slightly spicy lemon and a touch of earthy floral notes. The finish is firm and long, with the soft heat of coriander and juniper and balanced citrus notes. Excellent in both classic and contemporary cocktails.
